Disgraceful Time. wtf?

When I’m alone, silent is the wind and like everything is fading away too fast to be caught, I feel like screaming with all my heart. The road is endless I’m running on and the song at the end of the movie is going on, lingering the peace of longing solitude within me.
Sometime life turns out to be intolerable. But sorrow is the main component of life. If there is no sorrow, you can never find the beauty of joy. May be you are sad today, but have faith on life; you would be happy tomorrow, or the day after tomorrow.
If the start is worst, the end has to be best or life would have lost its charm. If there is a mountain that can’t be climbed, know that the mountain doesn’t exist. Giving every chance a try is what makes a real worthy life.
And at the end of the day, I have thought about life again, and I got one thought to share -
‘Every time I feel down, I think that every thing happening to me is spices of the delicious dish called life, I need those spices to make my dish tasty.’
I should start taking my advices eh?

Echoes of life

A carnival of grins,
Hazed with smoke of sorrows and cries,
It seems like yesterday i insisted to get me a  fresh black rose,
Who knew the chapter would close.
O' silly heart, Didn't you know?
Sometimes the feelings are not supposed to grow,
Brain is still grain sized,
Who's going to pay for this demise?
Bright colors merge in black & white,
Nobody to care anymore in sight,
Bleeding of acidic dreams,
Hidden love story time has weaved.
A shadow long for its existence,
Words play in the puzzled picture of silence,
Someday I would forgive you,
Till then I would manicure the pebbles in morning blues.
The moments though still live within,
Sleep, Memories of him it brings,
Hope, Living dead inside,
Now countless stories is what you will hide.

Ghanta Plan!

I am big on making plans. Probably one of my favorite things to do. Whatever the situation is, I have got to plan. Shopping? Plan. Friends day out? Plan. Exams timetable? Plan. Decorating my boring old cupboard? Plan. I even used to had this habit of jotting down my not-so-spontaneous plans in cellphones memo, I am  glad I am over those! Anyway mostly at the end of the day I feel kind of let down because things never go as you plan. My imagination has never heard of misfortunes, or if it has it tends to forget, but in reality they are bound to happen now and then. Also, I am super-lazy ass person. After spending like 13 hours on an awesome daydream, I do nothing and yes It is awesomely called as 'GHANTA plan'. I get bored. So I have decided no more planning, for time being, at least.

.......And I heart Chandler Bing in Friends. \m/

Why blog

I used to have strong urge to write a journal, when in school, but I did not for the fear of parents reading it. When I went to college, I realized my newly found freedom and  later on, discovered blogging. I think, it all had started in school but took a better shape when I joined Distance learning after school.I Didn't switch blogs, I used to write really dark English poems with super awesome grammatical mistakes for which any poet will definitely dig a grave and drag me into it without taking a second, sad to death. Then I started writing on life updates, short stories, some happy blogging happened, and then a break. It wasn’t regular, it became too personal too. I went through some really odd phase however those blog posts are still safe with me.I realized what I wanted. And hence The Pearl in darkness happened.

I write because that is who I am, that is why I live, if I do not, I may die because of the non-stop conversations that I have with myself. I have this constant urge to talk, to express but not everyone has time to listen to me! If at all, the world listened to me, it would have been a peaceful place by now.The only option I am left with is penning down what I think of. I like to maintain a journal, but I pour down my heart.Earlier I had this strong urge of not letting anyone know about my blog but then later it didn't matter to me how people judge my posts. This is my place, this is a part of me which I am nurturing for the dreams I have had for a decade now.

Don’t you ever want to get lost in dark snowy forest of Oaks, Beeches and Pines?
Well, I want and this dream ends up with horns of rickshaws and autos.

And now when I have got my computer fixed I expect to be regular.

A Big Thank you for staying here and adding glitter to my pearls.

Heirs of Catriona - Anusha Subramanian

Author : Anusha Subramanian
Genre : Fiction
Rating : 4.5/5

About the Author:
Anusha Subramanian, at the age of 12 (yes just 12 and she got published), is India’s youngest published author and daughter of Ravi Subramanian, who authored best-selling corporate thrillers like ‘The Bankster’.

The Cover:
It says clearly that the story circles around two girls fighting their way in the Mythological magical realm.Apart from the two heroines the one character that got my attention was the  evil loki (The name is cute, Hahaha). Full of magic creatures the cover truly justifies the story.

The Story:
Being a mythological story, the story is about the deep rooted love for family, The story is somewhat like remains of Percy Jackson, Snowwhite and The Chronicles of Narnia. It comes very close to them but yet differs. A fantasy filled with humor, emotions, mythological villains and heroes. The whole book is about how the two teenagers, Sara and Crystal, who are best friends, ordinary college going girls living as orphans. One fine day come to know from an old man that they are the princesses and rightful heir of the magical land of ‘Catriona’ and that their mothers Anastasia and Olivia are alive but, held prisoner under the spells of Merissa, an evil witch queen.Sara and Crystal go on a quest to find a moon-wand to defeat ‘Merissa’ and the evils sent by her like ‘Loki’ to free their mothers.

Review:
Personally, I find the book mediocre but Anusha has done a great job of imagining, writing a 190 page story and getting it published, considering her age.For kids it is treat to read because the fictional characters and simple language of book are capable of creating whole new world. But if you're going to read it keeping those heavy words and lovey dovey stuff expectation aside, I bet you too will certainly love it.I thoroughly enjoyed the read and I swear the next part is much awaited.

I would like to thank Yatin gupta and Ravi Subramanian for providing me the opportunity to read this novel.
